he project is located in Yidu Park of Yichang chemical industry park, covering an area of 235 mu. It is a relocation project implemented in accordance with the requirements of the transformation and upgrading of the city's chemical industry and the standard construction of the chemical industry park.

The total investment of the company's 17000t / a photoinitiator project is 1 billion yuan, and the construction address of the project is Yidu Chemical Industry Park (sanbanhu village, Zhicheng town). The product scale of the project includes 17000 tons of ketone and ester photoinitiators, 50000 tons of basic raw material products (30000 tons of trichlorotoluene and 20000 tons of benzoyl chloride), 14380 tons of other acyl chloride, benzoic acid esters and pharmaceutical intermediate esters, and 50000 tons of water purification agent products.

The total investment of the project is planned to be 940 million yuan. The construction of the project is divided into three phases. By the end of 2021, the project will be completed. After completion, 760 jobs will be provided and the annual output value will be 1.5 billion yuan.

A total of seven class a workshops, four class B workshops, one class E workshop, one class a warehouse, five class C warehouses, one class E warehouse, as well as storage tank area, sewage treatment area, public works, boiler room, machine repair room, power transformation and distribution room, central control room, quality control research and development center, comprehensive building, etc. will be constructed, with more than 30 buildings / structures and important facilities.

The project is entrusted to Hubei chemical industry research and Design Institute for design. At present, the project research and demonstration, project application and approval, signing of project investment service agreement, and overall layout of buildings / structures and facilities in the plant area have been completed. The project is designed in strict accordance with the safety regulations, laws and regulations, such as code for fire protection design of petrochemical enterprises and code for fire protection design of buildings. After completion, the production control adopts advanced DCS automatic control system and SIS safety instrument system.
